平板式泥水平衡顶管机

        DNP型平板式泥水平衡顶管机可在地下水压力较高以及土质变化范围较大的条件下使用。一般管径在φ800-φ4000mm之间，泥水平衡顶管施工对所施工顶管周围土体扰动小，易控制地面沉降，可实现连续出土作业，顶进速度较快，操作简便，主轴密封可靠，使用寿命长，适合长距离顶管施工。

DNP seriesFlat-plate Slurry Balance Pipe Jacking Machinecan be used upon the high groundwater pressureand heterogeneous soil and geological conditions.  The pipe diameter is general between 800mm and 4000mm.

The Slurry Balance Pipe Jacking Machinecreates little disturbance to the soil mass on the construction site.  Hence, settlement can be minimal.  It facilitates continuous excavating, high jacking speed and it is easy to operate. 

The main shaft sealing is reliable with long service life.  Suitable for the long-distance pipe jacking construction.

1.土质适用范围偏向粘土、粘壤土、粉粘土、粉壤土等细粒径土体。适合于地下水压力较高，土体流动性较高的地质情况下使用
