        DJ系列矩形顶管掘进机，采用土压平衡方式，能够适应绝大部分矩形顶管施工地质需求。分别采取主刀盘配辅助刀盘及多刀盘两种结构形式。能够更好地根据需要有选择地进行设备选型。设备动力冗余大，脱困能力强，采用进口的测量元件，高精度的进行4轴监控。随时掌控设备运行状况。集成化的纠偏系统配合刀盘转向，更好的为施工提供设备支持。

DJ series Rectangular Pipe Jacking Machine adopts the EPB method, which can meet the geological requirements of most rectangular pipe jacking construction.Two types of structure are used, one is the main cutter plate with auxiliary cutter plate and the other is multi-cutter plate. 

The equipment has large power redundancy and strong ability to get out of trouble.With imported measuring element to monitor 4-axis high precision control.  The integrated steering system can be combined with the turning of cutter disk to provide better equipment support for construction

1.能够适应长距离顶进

Adapts to long distance jacking.

2.纠偏时，纠偏油缸和刀盘联动，在纠偏油缸提供轴向单侧力矩的同时刀盘提供旋转力矩。更好的进行纠偏工作

Uponsteering, the rectifying oil cylinder makemovement consistently with the cutter.  The rotary torque of the cutter is provided when the axial one-side torque is provided by the rectifying oil cylinder.

3.全进口的测量系统，提供除常规XY轴以外的测量，总计4轴监测。在任何方向变化的初始阶段，即可检测并纠偏，防患于未然

High-end imported measuring system, which provides measurement on not only conventional XY axis but also total 4 axis monitoring in any direction changes in the initial stage.  Can predict deviation path and conduct problem solving.
